I'm a sucker for a good card game, I enjoyed it but I guess it is very early development, so I see the potential in your game and looking forward to future installments if you will work on it, though a bit confused how it relates to "Spin to Win", maybe the random upgrade we get every couple of rounds? though nothing is spinning still so it is a bit of stretch :D, but generally, amazing work ♥
I don't know if it is a bug or bad luck, but I missed the heavy attack 5 times in a row. If it was just bad luck you could add some anti badluck code that doesn't let attacks fail a certain amount of times in a row.
Now that I've played it to completion I can say that it is really good. However I don't see the conexion with the theme, maybe I just don't get it. Could you tell me what is it?
And also, there is a bug with the card that lets you fuse other cards, when you use it it lets you spam the attack button, making huge amounts of damage.
My implementation of the theme is rng, so the idea is that you "spin" for what cards you draw, for the hit chance with your heavy attack, the damage amount the enemy does, the upgrade you get is random each time etc. I had even more planned but had to tone down the scope a little to complete the game.
I didn't wanna wanna make a literal spin the wheel game, that felt too generic and obvious so I tried my own spin of it haha
OH! that's a bug for sure, this is stuff you wouldn't notice yourself as the developer, appreciate the details.
Thank you btw, I'll put aside some time to play your game too!
Ohh, now I understand, cool use of the idea! I've also found some bugs in my game that would't have ever found if it wasn't for the people who tried it, it helps a ton!
Thanks for also trying my game, hope you like puzzles!
This is a fun concept and good execution for a first project! I can see you adding a lot of polish to this if you keep working on it after the jam. Definitely has a lot of potential!
I want to improve it further and make it into a longer game, maybe a "endless, survive as many rounds as you can" with a bunch more upgrades, cards and other content.

I updated my game's description with a brief explanation on my take of the theme :)
It is indeed very early in development, would enjoy adding to it more, always nice to have a side project that can grow with me as I go.
I wanted spinning animations too, but I ran out of time D:
Neat

Oh I didn’t think of that, that’s a great idea actually for the feel of the game!
Thank you!

I love it!
appreciate you! <3
I'm usually not really into turn based card games, but I actually quite enjoyed this. I think it'd be cool for you to keep working on this!
Thank you!
That means a lot!
I do have some plans for it:)
